Behind you are the neighboring green tropical hills; in front of you, a symphony of blue captures your eye. The turquoise blue pool draws a vertical line straight out to the lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Civilization is far away yet within your view as you watch mega-yachts and ships sail by along with amazing airport landings. The outer islands of Saba, St Eustatius and St. Kitts sit poetically on the horizon. At night, the sunset appears in its dazzling colors.
A covered deck surrounds the large pool. Tropical plantings are scattered along the terrace and ample seating is provided whether you choose to dine al-fresco or at the interior dining table. Mediterranean arches and terracotta roofing add an exotic feel while Epi wood and terracotta flooring run seamlessly throughout. The main interior living space is a large, airy open plan room with comfortable seating for lounging and watching the view. The style is contemporary tropical. Teak, wicker and pretty blue fabrics compliment the ocean blues. The sleek kitchen is well equipped and opens to the pool and the amazing breezes.
Three bedrooms are on the upper level surrounding the pool. One bedroom is privately situated on the lower level. Each bedroom is decorated in a refined Caribbean style with wicker and teak furniture and serene white fabrics accented with pops of colors. Each bathroom uniquely displays Provence style tiles with either a garden or sea view.
Although secluded, you are close to amenities. Within the private compound, you have access to a shared marina and tennis court. It is a two-minute drive to Baie Nettle’s culinary stars Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. Wonderful gourmet food and wine stores are just a short drive in Cupecoy along with the Starz Casino and the fine dining options of Escape or Temptation. It is a short 15-minute drive to the International airport or the nightlife of Maho. Visit the French Capital of Marigot for the Duty Free shopping, boutiques, bakeries and the Creole market, only 15 minutes from the villa.

Three of the bedrooms in the main house open directly on the pool. The master bedroom features a king bed and a large bathroom with enclosed garden and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds (convertible into king), with ensuite bathroom featuring a smaller garden and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has twin beds (convertible into king), with ensuite bathroom and expansive views. The fourth bedroom is located below the main floor, and accessible via an exterior staircase. It has a large bathroom and a private balcony with superb lagoon views.
